Not overly important or breaking news in any way, but I just noticed that SEO Bomb has been assigned a PR of 5 after only 3 months. I find it odd, though, that even though Google have assigned the page rank, they are still unable to discover the numerous incoming links to the blog.
Doing the PR check with SEOpen’s Tool returns the PR 5, while others returns a PR 0, but I’m guessing it has to do from which datacenter the tools are collecting the info from.
And while Yahoo and MSN show that I have quite a few inbound links, Google show zero links both in a normal and Big Daddy search. I don’t know why Google is so slow at this, but I guess I’ll just have to sit back and relax and let them take the time they need.

Do a search for the pages that you know link to your site and see if they are indexed. My guess is they are. What I have noticed over the past few months is that Google seems to be withholding that data. I am not sure why.
For example, check the backlinks for Adventures by Disney (http://abd.disney.go.com/). There are several links from a Wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adventures_by_Disney), which shows up when you do a search for Adventures by Disney, but does not show in the backlinks. To me this appears to be a clear case of Google intentionally withholding backlink information.

Google does not publish all of the back links it knows of. While Google’s Matt Cutts has stated that Google is up front about this, I have never found documentation on this “broken” feature. It would be better if they removed the tool as it is too misleading.
